RETURNS POLICIES – Phat Cox Industries Pty Ltd referred to herewith as ‘PHAT COX’
We accept refunds and exchanges. We are not required to provide a refund, exchange or replacement if you change your mind.
Any new product, may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date so long as the product and packaging are in “as new” condition. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
“As new” means that all returns inside the 30-day period should be undamaged and in their original packaging. The original packaging must be unmarked. No postmarks or labels may be on the original product box(es).
Special orders and gift cards may not be returned.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return items must be properly packaged in a shipping carton, insured, and shipped by a method that offers delivery verification.
No refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be issued after the 30-day period.
There will be NO refund, return or replacement if the user damages the merchandise.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained for all returns by emailing email@example.com prior to the return of any merchandise for instructions on how to return your order. Any Products returned to us without an RMA will be rejected and/or sent back to you at your cost and expense. An RMA number is only valid for 14 days.
PHAT COX does not pay the return shipping cost for ANY merchandise.
PHAT COX will employ every resource it has to ensure that your item is replaced promptly, without hassle. We do not provide advanced replacements (also known as cross-shipments) for any product.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or Missing Refunds Policy:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Item Policy:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Shed 7/15 Nariel St, ALBION QLD 4010.
Shipping Returns Policy:
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Shed 7/15 Nariel St, ALBION QLD 4010.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
